New digital conflict prevention platform is featured in Paris
The Igarapé Institute is participating in the Paris Peace Forum in November 2018, an event hosted by French President Macron. Igarapés Building Peace coordinator, Adriana Abdenur, will be showcasing the new digital platform – Innovation in Conflict Prevention (ICP). The ICP dashboard features hundreds of programs and projects for preventing armed conflict across Africa. “The Paris Peace Forum is an excellent venue for reaching an international audience concerned with preventing conflict and building peace”, according to Adriana. “The event features dozens of heads of state, CEOs of major technology companies, as well as the world’s top think tanks and research centers.”
