Giovana Lerda is a project manager and communications professional, specialized in international relations and stakeholder engagement. With over 15 years of experience, she has spent half her life abroad in multicultural environments and has worked across various sectors, including public relations agencies, international organizations, UN agencies, and the Swedish diplomatic representation in Brazil. Her education is rooted in the principles of C4D (Communications for Development) and her career is characterized by projects that advance socioeconomic and climate justice. Giovana holds a Bachelor in Media and Communications and two Master degrees: one in Global Media and Communication from Stockholm University (2010) and another in International Policy Analysis from the Institute of International Relations at PUC-Rio de Janeiro (2021).
At Igarapé, her role is Communications Coordinator.
