Jorge Soto is co-founder and CTO of Miroculus, a life science company that aims to push forward a new test for early cancer detection and other diseases based on circulating microRNAs.
Prior to founding Miroculus, he co-founded CitiVox, a crime reporting platform that helps institutions and cities turn citizen reports into actionable information. He later joined the office of the Presidency of Mexico at the Coordination of the National Digital Strategy as Deputy General Director of Civic Innovation where he worked in the open data and open government agenda.

A graduate of both Tec de Monterrey and Singularity University, Jorge is an Endeavor entrepreneur, World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer and Global Shaper and MIT TR35.
