Carolina Taboada

Carolina Taboada is a researcher on public security, criminal justice system and drug policy at Igarapé Institute. She holds a BA in international relations from PUC-Rio and an MSc in development management from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Carolina previously worked at the Getulio Vargas Foundation as a researcher on a number of themes, such as public transparency, corruption, public security and international relations.
