Daisy Bispo Teles

Daisy Bispo Teles works in the Digital Security program at the Igarape Institute preparing research, monitoring the public debate and advocacy actions on issues related to the area. She holds a bachelor’s in International Relations from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), where she was awarded the Mitsubishi Corporation International Scholarship for academic excellence and high engagement in projects. She has worked as a researcher and project coordinator in the fields of socio-environmental justice, sustainability and agriculture 4.0. She is one of the authors and editors of Atlas do Plástico from the Heinrich Böll Foundation. She has extensive knowledge of project management and civil society organizations. The beginning of her career was related to issues of security and peace, having already worked as a researcher at the Joint Center for Peace Operations in Brazil (CCOPAB) and the Institute of International Relations – PUC-Rio (IRI/PUC-Rio).
